What the transition to Dynamics GP is all about – With the new version of Dynamics GP 2013 come many changes. Included in this session is additional information regarding the new licensing model benefits, compatibilities with the Microsoft stack and valuable tips to make your upgrade run smoother.
Management Reporter – Have you moved to Management Reporter? Get information on the latest release and tips for migrating from FRx. Learn the basics and then take a deeper dive to make the most of your financial reports.
Tips and tricks – Everyone’s favorite session. Tips will be provided on how to get more out of your existing Dynamics GP solution. Get tips for the latest releases and review some features you may have overlooked.
Reporting tools – Overwhelmed by the number of reporting options available or feel like you are not taking full advantage of the tools you use? We will provide an overview of the reporting tools options available in Dynamics GP as well as showcase how to determine which reporting tool is best for the job.
SQL Reporting Services – Do
you want better reporting? Get an introduction to SQL Reporting Services
and how you can use it to get better reporting from Dynamics GP,
Dynamics SL and Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics GP security, modifications and customizations – Get an introduction to several little known tools that are available: Professional Service Tools Library, Dynamics Debugger, Modifier and Field Level Security.
Introduction to Dynamics CRM 2013 – Dynamics CRM 2013 is a major release of Microsoft’s CRM product. In this morning session, we will review the newest features, the latest in mobility, introduce MarketingPilot, and see a live demonstration of Dynamics 2013. We will discuss the latest in licensing and deployment options, as well as provide direction on the process you will need to follow to get the most out of this new release.
Corporate Performance Management (CPM) – Learn
how CPM systems help clients solve financial and operational reporting
and analysis challenges through a look at several client case studies.
CPM systems typically address automating processes including budgeting,
forecasting and planning, financial consolidations and performance
management (such as advanced analysis and dashboards) in order to
improve business intelligence and outcomes.
Extending Dynamics GP with Dynamics CRM – In this session you will learn how deploying Dynamics CRM can extend the investment you have made in Dynamics GP. Learn how CRM is helping organizations running GP beyond sales force automation. Often times, CRM is a better platform to build operational applications. It has the added benefit of integrating with Dynamics GP. We will provide live demonstrations of solutions and case studies on how Dynamics CRM is helping our Dynamics GP customers.
