This one-day event brings you information about your Dynamics investment—tips on the tools you use daily and networking opportunities with your peers and industry professionals.

We will have two tracks with sessions offered in Dynamics GP
and emerging technologies. Our consultants will also be available for one-on-one conversations, and the ISV Expo is a great place to visit and see all the great add-on products in the ISV community.

Topics include:
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 – There are over 150 features giving people more value than any other release. Learn more about the new features and functionality and gain a better understanding of how to leverage them in your organization.
  • Management Reporter – Have you moved to Management Reporter? Get information on the latest release and tips for migrating from FRx. Learn the basics and then take a deeper dive to make the most of your financial reports.
  • Introduction to Dynamics CRM 2013 – Dynamics CRM 2013 is a major release of Microsoft’s CRM product. In this morning session, we will review the newest features, the latest in mobility, introduce MarketingPilot, and see a live demonstration of Dynamics 2013. We will discuss the latest in licensing and deployment options, as well as provide direction on the process you will need to follow to get the most out of this new release.
  • Extending Dynamics GP with Dynamics CRM – In this session you will learn how deploying Dynamics CRM can extend the investment you have made in Dynamics GP.  Learn how CRM is helping organizations running GP beyond sales force automation. Often times, CRM is a better platform to build operational applications. It has the added benefit of integrating with Dynamics GP.  We will provide live demonstrations of solutions and case studies on how Dynamics CRM is helping our Dynamics GP customers.
  • Tips and tricks – Everyone’s favorite session. Get tips on how to get more out of your existing Dynamics GP or Dynamics SL solution. Get tips for the latest releases and review some features you may have overlooked.
  • SmartList/Excel Builder – Discover how every Dynamics GP user can build SmartList reports on any data to do their job better. Learn how to publish your new SmartLists as 'live' Excel reports so everyone can access them.
  • Corporate Performance Management (CPM) – Learn how CPM systems help clients solve financial and operational reporting and analysis challenges through a look at several client case studies. CPM systems typically address automating processes including budgeting, forecasting and planning, financial consolidations and performance management (such as advanced analysis and dashboards) in order to improve business intelligence and outcomes.
  • SharePoint and U-LINC Send order notifications, process purchase order or invoice approvals, or receive cash flow alerts automatically anytime and from anywhere. If you struggle with automating certain business processes or receiving real-time notifications in Dynamics, U-LINC from Integrity Data can connect the dots to improve organizational performance.
  • Benefits and risks of moving to the cloud Focus on building your business and not on your Dynamics infrastructure. Attend this session if you are interested in hearing more about taking your current infrastructure or new project into the cloud. This session will help break down the different cloud environments available today in the vast cloud market. Highlights will include risks, benefits and questions you should be asking when going with a cloud provider.
  • Reporting tools – Overwhelmed by the number of reporting options available or feel like you are not taking full advantage of the tools you use? We will provide an overview of the reporting tools options available in Dynamics GP as well as showcase how to determine which reporting tool is best for the job.
